Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking for a stable career opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We're seeking motivated individuals with strong fabrication and welding skills to join a team focused on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Fabricate, cut, assemble, and weld metal components
✔ Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
✔ Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
✔ Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools
✔ Follow safety and quality standards

Qualifications:
✔ Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred
✔ Ability to read blueprints and specifications
✔ Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Must be able to pass a weld test
