Starting hourly rate $22.75 for day shifts and $26.50 for night shifts. Pay increases with completion of each training grade level. Plenty of overtime opportunities.

We are also offering a $4,000 sign on bonus for all new hires.

Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Sat from 7pm-7am

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Operate a production line to produce high quality monofilament fibers. Work as part of a shift to maintain safe and efficient production with high quality standards.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Operate and set up production line to extrude monofilament fiber in accordance
with work order and safe work practices
• Perform change overs as part of a team
• Ensure filament is winding on spools correctly, adjust tension if necessary
• Make all changes to machines as required by Quality Assurance
• Box finished product and rack empty spools
• Document production related information and maintain machine related charts
• Clean machines and maintain production area
• Trouble-shoot machine when product does not meet specifications
• Work safely and wear proper PPE in accordance to all safety policies
• Perform additional tasks at the request of the Team Leaders

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Ability or read, write, communicate and comprehend written and verbal
instructions in English
• Ability to use basic math concepts daily

Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 55 pounds daily is required. Standing, walking for
10+ hours of shift is required. Candidate will be exposed to noise, warm temperatures

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Mechanic. In this role, you will work alongside experienced mechanics to learn and assist in the repair and maintenance of vehicles. The Apprentice Mechanic will gain hands-on experience in diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in inspecting vehicles and identifying faulty components.
2. Learn to use diagnostic equipment to evaluate mechanical problems accurately.
3. Assist in performing basic repairs and routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
4. Shadow experienced mechanics to learn complex repairs, including engine overhauls and transmission repairs.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
7. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
8. Assist with administrative tasks, such as documenting repairs and parts used.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Enrolled in or completed a vocational or technical program related to automotive repair preferred.
3. Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
7. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and vehicles.
8. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience or training in automotive repair (e.g., internships, coursework).
2. ASE Certification or willingness to obtain certification.
3. Basic knowledge of electrical systems in vehicles.

 Inspects the products as they come off the line to ensure they match quality specifications.
 Moves materials or completed products to established locations.
 Supports the cleanup of production lines and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
 Supports and adheres to company’s policies, procedures, and values.
 Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

 Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
 Efficient and effective communication and relational skills.
 Strong hand/eye coordination and dexterity.
 Ability to understand guidelines and then effectively and efficiently perform routine duties with
minimal supervision.

Education and Experience:

 Six to twelve months of relevant experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

 Constant standing is required while working on the production line as there are no chairs on the
production line.
 Performing repetitive actions when picking up product off the line.
 Frequently moving items weighing up to 30 pounds across the facility.
 Visual acuity to read and follow instructions as well as inspect product.
