Here’s Our Why
I most faith-based operation, the gifts of administrations, servant-hood and volunteering is indigenous to the culture we’ve created. The desire to help those around us illuminate through everything we do. Our owner Debra Henderson-Scott knows first hand the rewards of giving back. Throughout her corporate career, simply being the first person listed whenever the call for volunteers was made had opened doors. Her consistency, professionalism, integrity and wisdom is the image her former employer wanted to represent their corporate brand giving her the invitation for not just a seat at the round table, but to effect change. It’s those same quality for building corporate awareness she aimed to teach small business, non-profit and those with limited marketing budgets when this company was founded. Doing so, all while battling Lupus.
In 2013, Lupus forced her to pivot. The weekly treatment days, limited mobility, increase anxiety , fatigue and chronic pain force her to change the way she operated her business. Out of those necessary changes our Virtual Solutions Division was born. Providing virtual business services for business as well as provided gainful employment for those with challenges. Embracing diversity and inclusion by hiring people from different socioeconomic, geographic, cultural backgrounds and those with different perspectives. Simply put, our mission is to give people who may have a hard time finding steady employment like those with disabilities, students, military spouses or caregivers who may need a flex schedule a way to provided for themselves.
