Since then, we’ve completed various sized projects in Connecticut, Georgia and Vermont with JEM Land, our sister company which specializes in land development projects. Currently, we’re helping JEM Land to develop Cottonwood Hollow - a sub division of single and multi-family townhomes a mile from downtown Williston. For the past 3 years, JEM Energy Services has been providing complete construction solutions to energy companies operating in the Bakken.
