Today in Williamsburg, Virginia, Jim Mikolaichik opened the morning meeting by discussing the strengths of our brand and the great opportunities ahead for Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

We have selected our new Elite Line Sales Manager in Tennessee... and guess what? ....

We are so pleased to announce it's an INTERNAL PROMOTION!

Kevin Ball, a 6 year veteran on our team, has been promoted from Senior Sales Consultant to Sales Manager- Elite Line at our Smoky Mountain Resort. 🥂 👏

Kevin says what he loves most about the site and company are the and the . "For years I've been blessed to work closely with very driven like-minded individuals" and this promotion is the culmination of hard work and dedication as well as . Now he will be leading and coaching a team along side his Director, Valerie Engel, and we are so excited to see the he is sure to make.

Kevin, his wife of 19 years, Cassandra, his sons Brayden and Bryce and his daughter Brylee live in Dandridge. He and his beautiful family love to spend their free time together and on the lake. Kevin also believes that "you'll never work a day in your life if you love what you do".

Today we celebrated Director of the Year for 2025 (under 40 mil), Mario D’Auria, and team with a
