🏭 Manufacturers are facing big hiring and skills gaps. ➡️ By 2033, 1.9 million jobs in manufacturing may go unfilled if the current pace of hiring continues.

To meet this challenge, we’ll all need to work together. 🤝

👥 For us, that means supporting our clients by filling their jobs and promoting opportunities in the manufacturing industry to our associates.

In addition, we bring attention to careers in the field every year by recognizing Manufacturing Day each October. ⚙️ Held this year on Oct. 2, Manufacturing Day kicks off a month-long series of events to introduce students, educators, parents, and community influencers to modern manufacturing careers.

🎉So from all of us at Employbridge, 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆! 🎉

Today, we remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001, and the lives lost in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.

We also reflect on the tremendous acts of heroism and courage among first responders, airline passengers and crew, and ordinary citizens who responded to the crisis that day. And we recall the many ways Americans came together to support each other in the months following the attack.

Twenty-five years have passed, and many people entering the workforce were born after that fateful day. Let us continue to acknowledge the lives lost, the sacrifice of ordinary heroes, and the spirit that united Americans. Let us never forget.🕯️
