Today is , which marks the day into the year that it takes for women on average to earn what men did in 2022. That’s 14.5 months, or if you look at the typical 9:00-5:00 workday, women start working for free at around 2:40PM.

Why should you care about ?
-The current gender pay gap is 84% for full-time workers and 77% for all workers (including part-time and seasonal).
-Nearly 2/3 of mothers are the breadwinner or co-breadwinner for their family. When women earn less, families suffer.
-Women in the U.S. who work full-time are typically paid only 84 cents for every dollar paid to their male counterparts. That kind of disparity could cost women from $400,000 to 2 million dollars over their lifetime.

Our woman-owned company is working to with greater pay transparency, equal pay for equal work, and equal opportunities for advancement.
