🌸 In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we recognize the people, cultures, and stories that enrich our organization, workplaces, and communities. What began as a week-long observance in 1978 was expanded to a full month in 1992. May was chosen to commemorate the arrival of the first Japanese immigrants to the United States in 1843, as well as the contributions of Chinese workers who helped complete the Transcontinental Railroad in 1869.

We celebrate the rich histories and lasting contributions of AAPI communities across the country. We’re especially proud to recognize our Employbridge AAPI colleagues, partners, and associates whose perspectives, talent, and leadership help strengthen our organization and the communities we serve.

This month, we honor their impact, reflect on the diverse experiences that shape our workforce, and reaffirm our commitment to building a culture rooted in inclusion and respect. 🤝

On this solemn day, Employbridge joins the nation in paying tribute to the lives lost and the brave acts of heroism displayed on September 11, 2001.

We remember the individuals at the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and aboard flights 93, 77, 11, and 175.

We also honor the first responders and the countless citizens who united in the face of tragedy to bring hope and resilience to our country.

23 years later and we will never forget. 🕯
