We are working with a client who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in the Westchester County area. You will provide critical order processing support to the team's salespeople, suppliers, customers, logistics coordinators, and offices around the globe.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

· Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

· Corresponds with warehouses and arranges freight.

· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

· Confirms pricing and programs for customers.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· Logistics background a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks required

· Ability to plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks.

· Anticipate changes and recognizing problems and responding with creative, practical, and effective solutions.

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide information and detail to customers.

Responsibilities

Ship inbound and outbound orders
Become proficient on all shipping software
Work with Sales to ensure the accuracy of delivery
Assist in keeping the warehouses and shops functional, safe and organized
Work with all divisions and branches to ensure accurate product & inventory information
Aid in any other area of the business as the need arises, including processing, inventory control, keeping the warehouse clean, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of managing cross-functional tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment and must be able to wear multiple hats.

Qualifications:
Minimum – Associate Degree in Accounting or BS in Accounting
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a junior accountant or related paraprofessional experience.
3 years’ experience in QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks On-Line experience
Must have experience with Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll transactions.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities included handling back office, full-service accounting for government-contracted companies and private sector companies.
Multi-tasking between different QuickBooks platforms and PROCAS Accounts.

The Senior Staff Accountant will work within the finance department and support senior management and staff through performing complex technical and administrative functions including general accounting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of managing and supporting clients in Government contractors and must be able to wear multiple hats.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Review of contracts, prepare contract briefly, prepare contract billings per contract.
Review of subcontracts, prepare subcontract brief, review and reconcile subcontract billings to subcontractors and contractors.
Calculate indirect rates – set up of intermediary and final cost pools.
Assist clients with the preparation of incurred cost submissions.
Assist clients with DCAA/DCMA audits.
Assist clients with GSA schedules/GSA audits and similar multi-award contracts.
Reconciliation of expense reports/credit card charges to contracts or subcontracts.
Reconciliation of travel charges to per diems/allowable.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting along with a CPA/MBA preferred
Thorough knowledge of FAR/CAS and federal procurements process
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Word, Acrobat Pro, and QuickBooks.
Strong Work Ethics
Experience working in a variety of accounting software programs
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Must be a self-starter and forward-looking
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines.
Professional written, and verbal communication with multiple levels and departments
