ers (public, private, and nonprofit leaders). WHERE WE FOCUS
Through a lens of racial equity, we focus on two key sectors:
-Workforce Development
We believe that all people should have access to a quality job that provides them the opportunity to earn a sustainable livelihood and build a fulfilling career. Through SVP’s partnerships and initiatives, we play a key role in expanding access to education, job training, and employment services for underserved communities.
-Early Childhood Education (ECE)
We believe in ensuring that all of CT’s children have access to quality ECE and in the critical importance of provider workforce. As a result, we are committed to working in partnership to strengthen ECE, so that the system works for children and families, providers and communities.
