HIGHLY SELECTIVE SCREENING PROCESS
- Our application process is thorough and designed to test for aptitude and attitude. Our associates are successful not because they have IT experience, but because they have the right mindset and willingness to learn and prove that through our application and training process.

CUSTOMIZED CURRICULUMS
- We develop each cohort’s curriculum in partnership with the client to ensure that associates are trained in technologies specific to the client’s unique work environment. The curriculum is designed to give associates the knowledge and skills to set them up for success and make them valuable assets to the team.

PROJECT-BASED TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
- Our training program is not taught in the traditional classroom format, it is designed to emulate a real work environment. Our associates are hands-on with the code from Day 1 and taught to work independently.

TEAM PLACEMENT
- York has a thorough and intentional process of assigning associates to client teams. This is based on a variety of factors that are assessed throughout the training.

ONGOING CONSULTANT SUPPORT
- Our Consultant Support Manager meets with each associate on a regular basis to ensure they are supported, and that feedback is clearly communicated.
- York’s Technical Training team offers continued support and education post-deployment to ensure that consultants have the skills needed to be successful in their work.

RISK REDUCTION
- York hires all associates at the start of training and is continuously evaluating and assessing each associate prior to joining the client. Our assessment process paired with our training process and ongoing support for each associate reduces the client risk when the associate comes on board.
