IT Specialist

The IT Specialist supports users of the information technology system of HCH including computer systems and software, digital communications, corporate data and internal network. The IT Specialist is responsible for coordinating the IT-related infrastructure and changes and liaising with the contracted network service provider and other partners and contracted service providers to ensure user needs are being met.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with IT systems and media production
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
