Do you love cooking from scratch and take pride in serving great food? We're looking for an experienced Cook to join a busy kitchen preparing home-style dinners for groups of 40-120 people.

What You'll Do:
✅ Prepare and cook family-style meals
✅ Operate commercial kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, ranges, and mixers
✅ Bake homemade bread (a key part of this role!)
✅ Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness
✅ Help keep dinner service running smoothly and on time

What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous commercial or high-volume cooking experience
✔ Experience preparing meals for large groups
✔ Strong kitchen equipment knowledge
✔ Baking experience preferred, especially homemade bread
✔ Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
✔ Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Penmac Staffing is currently hiring a Utility Operator C for a charcoal manufacturing facility in West Plains, MO! If you enjoy hands-on work in an industrial environment and take pride in working safely and efficiently, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

🛠 Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Handle materials and assist with loading/unloading product
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Support general plant operations and housekeeping duties

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday
3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

💲 Pay:
$15.75/hour

✅ Requirements:
• Previous industrial, manufacturing, or utility experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with heat, dust, and machinery exposure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Drug Screen and Criminal Background Investigation required
• Steel Toe Boots required
