Local Traveling Community Outreach Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Are you eager to make a positive impact right in your own backyard? We're seeking spirited individuals to join us as Entry-Level Local Traveling Community Outreach Coordinators (COC). This vital role involves traversing the local area to advocate for and assist seniors in our community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Regularly travel within the specified local area to connect with the senior community.
•Act as a vital link between seniors and healthcare resources, facilitating access to essential services.
•Organize and execute community outreach events and activities within the local region.
•Represent our organization's mission and values throughout the community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•A passion for community service and a dedication to improving the lives of seniors locally.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse groups.
•Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within the local area.
•Entry-level candidates are encouraged – bring your enthusiasm, and we'll provide the training!
COMPENSATION:
•Competitive starting salary of $600 per week.
•An initial two-week stipend of $300 during the training and assessment period.
•Opportunity for salary increase to $1000 per week after a 6-month performance review.
•Quarterly bonuses with a goal of reaching an annual total compensation of $70,000, including bonuses.
•Health insurance benefits available after the first year.
