We are currently seeking experienced accounting and payroll professionals to join our growing team! If you have a background in construction accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or payroll administration, we would love to hear from you.

✨ Current Openings:

📌 Billing, Accounts Receivable & Credit Card Clerk
Responsibilities include:
• Customer billing, including lump sum and T&M billing
• Accounts receivable follow-up and collections
• Customer statements and invoice tracking
• Credit card reconciliation and expense coding
• Job costing and general ledger coding
• Administrative accounting support

📌 Construction Payroll Administrator
⚠️ Must have Construction Payroll Experience
Responsibilities include:
• Processing payroll for field crews and office staff
• Reviewing and verifying timesheets
• Cross-checking hours with GPS/time tracking systems
• Coding payroll by job, cost code, and WC classifications
• Managing overtime, travel pay, and multiple pay rates
• Processing payroll in Sage
• Handling payroll tax filings and compliance
• Administering employee benefits, including insurance and 401(k)
• Supporting multiple crews and job sites

✅ Preferred Experience & Skills:
• Construction industry accounting or payroll experience
• Sage software proficiency preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with job costing and labor allocation
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance
• Highly detail-oriented and dependable
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
