Hello! We are hiring for an experienced Front End Loader Operator. This is a seasonal position, with possibility of 11 months out of the year, plus this opening could lead from temp to perm. The position is in Avondale Pennsylvania.

Requirements:
Must have experience operating a front end loader- large 7 yard bucket.
Must be able to pass a 7 year background and drug test. Please text if you have questions.
Must be punctual and hard worker

Schedule:
Monday- Friday, starting on 1st shift and switching to 2nd shift after 2 weeks of training.
1st shift: 6am-4:30pm

2nd shift: 4:30pm- 2/3:00am
Some mandatory Saturdays. Lots of OT.

Pay Rate:
$20.50/hour and OT pay is $30.75.

IMMEDIATELY hiring for 2nd shift Forklift Operators. This position can get dirty, as the product is dirt. Position is in Avondale, Pennsylvania. This job is a seasonal position for up to 11 months of the year. Willing to train those who want to work. This position is dealing with dirt, you will get dirty.

You MUST apply in person at the Strategic Alliance Staffing office in West Grove PA. Our office is located at 113 E Evergreen St, West Grove, PA 19390. Please bring 2 forms of identification to apply.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a forklift
Wear all required PPE
Use Forktruck/Forklift to load and unload product onto pallets
Must be able to lift at 50lbs
Participate in an all hands on deck warehouse. Meaning contribute any way that is required to complete required production
Work in an inside/outside work environment
You will be expected to help in anyway possible during the job. Company is a mass producer of mulch, soil and professional greenhouse/nursery mixes
Shift Times & Pay Rates: Schedule below is the base schedule, currently working 10-12 hour days, 5-6 days out of the week.

Avondale PA Schedule: Forklift Operators:
2:30pm-11:00pm, $19.00/hour
The schedule will change to 6pm-6am end of January.
Monday- Friday, with some mandatory work on Saturdays.
LOTS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE.

Qualifications:
Forklift Operator experience is a must
Must be able to pass a 7 year background check and drug test
