• Recruit and successfully place both passive and active candidates within all fields of IT, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Engineering, Marketing, & Sales including but not limited to CFOs, Controllers, Business Development, Project Managers, Business Analyst, Collector, Property Manager, Analysts, Sales, etc.
• Interview and qualify potential candidates through in person interviewing as well as phone screening
• Developed and managed a diverse client base spanning a vast amount of industries both locally and nationally
• Initiate and maintain professional relationships within the corporate community
• Utilize an array of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn (4K+ Connections), Career Sites (Monster, CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Bullhorn, etc.) client referrals, networking, and cold calling to source candidates
• Successfully negotiate contracts that appease all parties
• Manage and maintain existing accounts by communicating market behaviors and talent trends to uphold competitive advantages
• Create advertisement and description content for job postings that generate submittals by optimizing keyword matching (multiple training sessions from Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Consistently compete with internal and external recruiters to achieve sales goals
• Pre-Close and Final close of candidates through offer stage on behalf of clients.
• Conduct reference checks, background checks and other related services
