We are looking for an organized, professional, and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department and site leadership.

Qualifications:
âś… Minimum of 6 months of administrative, clerical, receptionist, or HR support experience
âś… Experience supporting a Human Resources Department is highly preferred
✅ Bilingual – English & Spanish
âś… Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including report creation and automation

MG Staffing Group is seeking a Product Development Engineer to support a leading medical device manufacturer in Juncos, Puerto Rico. If you have experience in product design, engineering changes, CAD, and product lifecycle management, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Support product design, development, and engineering change activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Process engineering changes using Agile MAP, SAP, and Design Control Systems.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Engineering teams to improve product designs and manufacturability.
• Create and modify CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and new product development projects.

Qualifications:

âś” Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
âś” Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
âś” Experience with Agile MAP, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP, and Design Control Systems.
âś” Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar.
âś” Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
âś” Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
âś” Medical Device or regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
