Meet Victoria Henrich, Owner and President of 5-Star Staffing

For over a decade, Victoria has served the staffing industry in a unique way – committing professional and personal time to getting the job done right for her clients. She was a top performer in the Jacksonville branch, of Agility Staffing, in the early 2000’s before moving to Tampa and opening the Tampa office in 2011. Victoria then purchased the branch she created and re-branded to 5-Star Staffing Solutions, LLC. Victoria believes 5-star is a superior staffing and human resource provider because clients become partners, even friends, who can always count on superior service. Reflecting on what sets her apart, Victoria says, “When you’re in a business so dependent on others to represent you, it’s critical that you are well organized and one step ahead of any issue that may occur. Our clients can focus on other duties, as they know the staffing will get done.”

Victoria earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from George Mason University in Virginia and her Masters in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University. Both degrees prepared her for the “people” business she’s in today. Victoria’s personal life is just as all-encompassing and rewarding as her professional life. She’s a wife and a mother of 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy. Free time is a pre-dawn run. Victoria’s completed 3 half-marathons and several 15K races.
