Yesterday we sent PFC Frisbie off to AIT! In a few short months he will return a fully qualified soldier within the PA Army National Guard!

Please welcome the PA Army National Guard’s newest 88M, PVT Victor Mumo! After his family moved to America, Victor quickly realized he wanted to give back to this great nation and serve his community. He is going into his senior year at Sayre High School and will attend Basic Training next summer!

Victor will be receiving:

*Up to 100% college tuition FREE
*$439 per month while in college
*$238 drill pay check
