🏡 Barn Manager Opportunity | Delano, Minnesota

Equestrian Concierge is seeking an experienced Barn Manager for a beautiful private, family-owned dressage facility in Delano, Minnesota.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized horse professional looking for a long-term leadership role at a premier private farm.

✨ Position Highlights
• Full-time, exempt position
• Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually (based on experience)
• Year-round position in Delano, MN
• Housing provided: 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located just 3 minutes from the barn
• Primarily home-based position with little to no show travel required
• Barn operates 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening night check at 8:00 PM may be required
• Must be available to work 5–6 days per week, including one weekend day

🐴 About the Facility
The farm is a private dressage operation situated on a stunning 160-acre property, with the equestrian facilities occupying approximately 40 acres. The Barn Manager will report directly to ownership and play a key role in the daily operation and long-term success of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of horse care and barn operations
• Ensure the highest standards of equine health, welfare, and daily management
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise barn staff
• Work alongside staff while providing leadership and direction
• Monitor facility conditions and proactively communicate maintenance needs
• Coordinate with the Property Manager regarding upkeep of:

* Paddocks and pastures
* Arenas
* Turnout lanes
* Stabling areas
* Hacking trails
* Hay storage facilities
* Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the property
* Assign and oversee seasonal barn chores and projects

• Strong horse management and leadership experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff while maintaining a positive team environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to facility management
• Passionate about exceptional horse care and welfare
