Brown Federal Services is growing, and we’re looking for the next generation of Project Controls professionals who want to grow with us.

BFS supports clients across several disciplines, but Project Controls has been at the heart of our company since day one. It’s where we started, it’s what we know, and it will always be a major part of who we are.

We’re currently growing our network of early-career Project Controls professionals who have already gained hands-on experience in scheduling, cost controls, estimating, EVMS, or related work and are ready to take the next step in their careers. Federal or DOE experience is a plus, but it isn’t required.

We don’t just want to fill positions. We want to give talented professionals the opportunity to sharpen their skills, take on meaningful work, and build lasting careers with a company that truly understands and values Project Controls.

BFS supports some of the most important and complex projects in the country, and we’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and where this company is headed.

If you’ve started building your career in Project Controls and are ready to see how far you can take it, we want to hear from you.
