We're hiring a Senior Planning & Scheduling Specialist to support one of our customers in the data center industry.

This position will initially work remotely as part of a proposal team pursuing upcoming data center projects. Following a successful contract award, the role will transition to hybrid project support, with the project location determined by where the contract is awarded.

We’re looking for an experienced planning and scheduling professional with a strong background in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, project controls, and complex construction projects. Data center or mission-critical project experience is a plus.

Brown Federal Services is hiring a Construction Supervisor I/II to support ongoing work at the PORTS Site in Piketon, Ohio.

We’re looking for an experienced construction professional who can provide hands-on leadership and oversight in a complex field environment. This role will help plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities
- Providing leadership, direction, training, and oversight to construction personnel
- Coordinating with project management, engineering, field teams, and other stakeholders
- Supporting staffing and resource planning for assigned scopes of work
- Resolving field issues and providing technical construction support
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and project requirements

Candidates may be considered at either the Construction Supervisor I or II level based on education and experience, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience required for Level I and 10 years for Level II.

BFS supports clients across several disciplines, but Project Controls has been at the heart of our company since day one. It’s where we started, it’s what we know, and it will always be a major part of who we are.

Senior Project Controls Specialist
Savannah River Site (SRS) – Aiken, SC

Brown Federal Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist to support critical DOE projects at the Savannah River Site. This role is ideal for experienced project controls professionals with a strong background in cost, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Primavera P6.

Key Qualifications
- Experience with project cost and schedule controls
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 (Cobra experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of DOE Order 413 and Earned Value Management
- Experience developing cost/schedule baselines, WBS, milestone schedules, and resource planning
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "L" Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required

Education & Experience
Candidates may qualify through a combination of education and experience, including:

- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of project controls experience, or
- Equivalent combinations of education and progressively increasing experience as outlined in the position requirements.
