DOORS OPEN 12:30 NO EARLIER

Please join us on Saturday, August 22nd from 1:00-3:00 at Richfield Fireman’s Hall! Come play BINGO! This is a fundraiser and social event hosted by Richfield Days & the Richfield Lions!

Richfield Days is raising $$ for HUHS Best Buddies and Hartford Special Olympics!

PARKING? There is parking!

HOW WILL IT WORK?
There are 115 seats with tables. Doors open at 12:30. FIRST GAME will start at 1:15 sharp.

This is a CASH ONLY event…. (Please bring singles if you can!)
$3/card per regular game until approximately 2:30!
$5/ blackout card for the LAST 2 rounds.
We will have 10-15 min breaks between rounds so you can buy cards for the next round, buy snacks and drinks, talk to friends. When the music stops you have about 2 mins to find your seat for the next round.
We are using disposable paper cards with bingo daubers. You may bring your own daubers… but not required. We will also be providing them.

HOW DO I GET A CARD?
Walk up to a card station.
Buy as many cards per round that you’d like.
Pay with cash.
You will get to pick your own card(s) off of a table. People usually like this so they can look for lucky colors or numbers, etc.

HOW WILL WINNING WORK?
Winning depends on # of total cards sold for that round.
—> If we have 50 or more cards sold in a round, the winner per game will take 50% of the pot for that round (guaranteed to win at least $75 or more at $3/card). The other 50% will be donated to HUHS Best Buddies and Hartford Special Olympics. 🧡🖤
—> If 49 or fewer cards are sold for that game, the winner will win $25 cash for that game. The remainder of the pot is donated to HUHS BB and HSO.
If more than one person has a valid bingo, the winners will split the prize.
So please invite your friends… family… it’s to YOUR advantage to pack the house!

CONCESSIONS?
We will have some baked goods, drinks, and chips for purchase as well. Cash only!
