Our Merchandisers are responsible for filling and maintaining shelf facings, coolers, and vendors for all Mid-Wisconsin Beverage products in all departments of customer accounts. This includes building, merchandising, and maintaining product displays; rotating products; removing outdated and damaged products; and maintaining a clean and organized back stock area.

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle. A fun, positive attitude with attention to detail and the ability to work independently are a must. Retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required.

LOCATION: Wausau Area

SHIFTS: We have multiple shifts available ranging from part-time to full-time, weekends, (4) 10's, etc.

Responsible for accurately filling customer orders by operating material handling equipment, pulling product from warehouse stock, and stacking product on pallets.

Obtains merchandise from shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Assists in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Physical Effort: Work requires handling/lifting of product or empty pallets from floor level to above shoulder height or reverse. Lifting may be up to 50lbs.

Hours/Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm-10pm (end time varies depending on number of orders to build)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: Responsible for accurately filling customer orders by building full goods pallets, and breaking down returned product. Obtains merchandise from shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Will operate material handling equipment to load product on to pallets. Assists in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Places goods on pallets with other team members per order ticket for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded.
Organizes items on a pallet based on type of product to ensure stability.
Obtains merchandise from shelves to load pallets with use of material handling equipment (forklift or electric pallet jack).
Transports orders to wrapping or shipping locations with material handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged in order of delivery.
Sorts and stores partial cases of product returned on route trucks.

Physical Effort: Work requires handling/lifting of product or empty pallets from floor level to above shoulder height or reverse. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
