**Production line lead/supervisor position available**
Must have manufacturing experience!
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations
- Assign tasks to manufacturing staff and ensure they are completed efficiently
- Monitor order progress and track stock movements
- Ensure accuracy of products produced to specification
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production
- Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in daily production
- Experienced in Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to operate/learn to operate manufacturing equipment used in sheet metal fabrication
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise in daily operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 and up depending on experience.
2nd Shift (10 hours shift)
Location: Libertyville
English and Spanish fluency.
