Job duties:
•Processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
•Obtaining proper approval for payment of invoices.
•Preparing and performing electronic payments or issuing checks.
•Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
•Accurately entering financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
•Maintaining an organized filing system for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
