Employer registration is now open for the 2026 Access 2 Employment Job Fair, Thursday, Oct. 1, from 4–6 p.m. at TheGrove in Santa Cruz.

For more than 30 years, Access 2 Employment has connected local employers with job seekers from throughout Santa Cruz County — and hundreds of candidates are expected again this year.

Employer sponsorships start at just $150, with Silver ($450) and Gold ($800) sponsorship opportunities also available. Qualifying nonprofits that provide free services to job seekers can participate for just $50.
