Step Up Your Career Potential, We've Got You Covered! Light Industrial / Professional / Specialty Skilled Services The Masterson Staffing Solutions story began nearly 50 years ago, when Owen Masterson founded Masterson Personnel in 1968. Seeing a growing demand for light industrial, office and professional staffing resources, Owen started building a company that would not only provide quality and reliable services, but also bring talented workers and great companies together — and drive them to achieve their respective goals. Masterson Staffing started as a small local business, and thanks to our team of experienced staffing professionals, we’ve grown into a premier staffing solutions provider with 40 branches across the Midwest and an employee base of hundreds of thousands of quality workers. Our Wisconsin branch locations—located in Appleton, Cudahy, Fond du Lac, Hartford, Hudson, St. Croix Falls, Watertown and West Allis—are full-service staffing operations, working with local and national employers and matching job seekers to open roles within those organizations. As mentioned above, our staffing specialties are filling light industrial, and office and professional services roles. If you’re looking for a new position, get in touch or stop into one of our 8 Wisconsin branches. If you’re looking for quality talent, contact us today.
