🎉 FOUR YEARS.
Today marks 4 years in business for our office, and we’ve been reflecting on just how much can happen in four years.
Four years of early mornings, long days, big wins, hard lessons, unexpected challenges, new clients, new partnerships, countless interviews, placements, phone calls, and conversations that changed the trajectory of someone’s career.
Four years of watching people walk through our doors looking for their next opportunity and having the privilege of helping connect them with it.
Four years of building relationships in our communities and earning the trust of businesses who allow us to be a part of their growth.
And four years of building a team.
That might be the part we most proud of.
Because the business isn’t the people in the building. The business IS the people. And we are incredibly grateful for every person who has contributed to our story along the way and for the team we have today.
When we look back at where we started, we are proud.
But when we look at where we’re going… we are even more excited. 🚀
