Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a MIG Welders, Painter, and Assemblers shift to join their team. As a MIG Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
Fabricator Operator 2nd shifts $22 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
Fabricator Operator 3rd shifts $ 22 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
Final Assembly- Components Installer 1st shift $21
Final Assembly- Components Installer 2nd Shift $21.00 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
Final Assembly - Component Installer 3rd Shift $ 21.00 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
Final Clean 2nd shifts $21 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
Final Paint - 1st Shift $23
Final Paint - 2nd Shift $23 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
MIG Welder - 1st Shift $23
MIG Welder - 2nd Shift per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
MIG Welder - 3rd Shift $23 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
What's the Job?
Assemble products using hand-held welding and flame-cutting equipment to join metal components following assembly instructions and procedures.
Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Position parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurements.
Examine connections for correct fit and fasten parts and subassemblies with hand-held welding equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
1st: 7AM-3:30PM
2nd: 3PM-11:30PM
3rd: 11PM-7:30AM
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent.
One year of welding experience.
Proven ability to weld using MIG hand-held welder for Weld positions.
Basic understanding of shop math.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
