Our client located in Waterloo is hiring Insulation Install Technicians to work on various job sites throughout Iowa.

The typical workweek begins early Monday mornings and ends Thursday; working 4-8 hour or 4-10 hour days with the option to work Friday with overtime! You would return home either Thursday or Friday evening. Overnight stay is paid for by the company.

Projects involve the complete mechanical insulation for plumbing piping, heating and cooling piping, duct work and all associated equipment.

Positions require steel toed boots, long pants, and some hand tools. You will be working at school sites, hospitals, and other commercial settings.

Great company to work for with a great wage of $18.00 per hour (based on experience) including $15.00 food per Diem per day if working out of town. You will ride with a crew and gas is paid for by the company.

We are looking for hard workers who do quality work. You will be working in residential, commercial and a some industrial settings doing various painting.

Duties include:

Prepares various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting, or other means necessary.
Mixes, matches, and blends various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties.
Keeps up general maintenance by use of caulks, putties, cements to plaster holes and cracks.
Erect scaffolding, ladders, and lifts. Knowledge of safety procedures for working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
Determines quantities and requests supplies orally or in writing.
Cleans and stores tools and equipment as well as the work site.
Qualifications:

Completion of Journeyman Painting program a huge plus.
Be able to use paint sprayers and the upkeep of equipment
Understanding of different paint materials such as latex, oil-based, and laquer. Comfortable climbing tall ladders.
Clean, tidy, and professional when working in customer's homes.
Competent in brushwork: cutting in walls, painting door trims, baseboards, etc. Reliable transportation required.

This position has the flexibility to be full-time or part-time.

Hours for Full-time are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday -Friday and working 1 Saturday per month.

Part-time hours would be 9:00 AM - 4:00PM Monday -Friday and working 1 Saturday per month.

Pay will be based on experience but we are looking for someone who has previous office and administrative experience with great attention to detail and has previous customer service experience that they can bring to this position.

Typing, mailing/shipping, scanning filing, data entry, proofreading, scheduling and other clerical work as needed

No previous experience is required, just the desire to learn the position and a great work ethic.

Full-time hours between Monday - Saturday. You will be supplies with uniforms to wear.

Responsibilities:

Learn how to use the latest diagnostic equipment
Learn how to access the most up to date service bulletins and repair procedures
Learn how to do a proper vehicle inspection
Learn correct repair procedures that go beyond industry standards
Perform factory recommended maintenance services, including multi-point inspections, fluid changes, and tire and brake services on all makes and models
Properly fill out all forms and inspection sheets, noting any concerns

Qualifications:

Our Client located in Waterloo has a machine shop in which they are seeking entry level and experienced CNC Machine Operators to join their team!

Calculate dimensions and tolerances, machine parts to specifications using CNC machining Mill machine.
Examine completed parts in order to ensure conformance to drawings, using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers
Operate CNC and basic machine tools
Basic machine maintenance as necessary

The Staffing Associate’s role is to fill client’s positions with the best possible candidates. By thoroughly screening resumes, interviewing candidates and understanding the needs of our client’s, you will strategically place candidates in appropriate jobs to ensure satisfaction of all parties involved. You will work closely with our Branch Manager to provide the top level of service to clients and candidates and always striving to make CNE the top Staffing Firm of the Cedar Valley!

Required Duties:

Meet with Branch Manager regularly to review current job openings.
Screen resumes from multiple sources to determine who is eligible to work with CNE.
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
Update resumes as necessary to submit to clients.
Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Conduct follow up checks and performance reviews with candidates after placement.
Track weekly hours for candidates on placements and update reports.
Update candidate records in Bullhorn as necessary.
Handle all incoming calls from candidates.
Onboarding of new temporary employees. Ensure all payroll paperwork has been completed and is accurate.
Terminate temporary employees when necessary.
Respond to all job applicants appropriately.
Maintain contact with candidates on a regular basis in order to maintain a database of active candidates at all times.
Dress appropriately for interviewing candidates.
Attend job fairs to represent CNE and attract new candidates
Occasionally attend company tours to understand client’s needs.
Ensure client protocol is met whether instructing employees on drug screening, facilitating testing or processing additional applications.
Back up phones and greet customers when necessary.
Ensure a positive first impression for CNE visitors.
Required Experience:

Bachelors in Business Administration, HR or equivalent work experience.
5 years of similar experience in a small business environment
Knowledge with ATS such as Bullhorn a plus
Excellent customer service and professionalism
Ability to work with a diverse group of candidates

The Branch Manager’s role is a key position within the company. You will be responsible to oversee the entire team and ensure goals are met while keeping operations running smoothly. It can be divided into the following responsibilities and duties:

·Represent CNE Staffing within the local community in special events.
·Hiring of all new Staff.
·Oversee scheduling of staff and approval of time off.
·Communicate with President regularly on status of branch.
·Create and Implement strategies for company wide growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience in Staffing and/or Recruiting. Proven experience in leading teams to attain goals or exceed expectations.

Branch Managers must be capable of managing a department through positive leadership, professional mentorship and clear direction. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to keep a team focused on the end goals at all times. This position will require the ability to work effectively and efficiently with many different personality types and maintain a cohesive and motivating team environment. Must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time and prioritize appropriately.
