Erika Pease- I have been a licensed veterinary technician since 1999 and became a certified veterinary practice manager in 2019. Over the course of my career, I’ve gained experience in specialty, emergency, and general practice settings. Since 2012, I’ve found my passion in leading teams within general practice, where I thrive on mentoring and learning alongside my colleagues every day.
I have been the president, past-president and now the treasurer of the MAVT. I could not be more proud of the work our current board members have done and will continue to do to better the careers for our Michigan LVT’s.
