Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a **Production Shop Supervisor** in **Eighty Four, PA** with a **starting salary up to $90,000/year**.

This is a **newly created position** for someone who understands the shop floor and can bring organization, structure, and accountability to the production process.

**What you'll do:**

* Schedule and prioritize production work
* Delegate tasks and manage employee workloads
* Track project timelines and employee hours
* Keep production moving and identify bottlenecks
* Read and understand specifications
* Work with tooling and manufacturing processes
* Lead a small team of **4 direct reports**
* Coordinate closely with management and the production team

This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and pay of up to $25.00/hour to start, based on experience.

Responsibilities may include:
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Reviewing transactions and researching discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate accounting records
• Providing general support to the accounting department

We’re looking for candidates with:
• 4+ years of accounting experience preferred
• OR a combination of accounting education and relevant experience
• Experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
