Interview Tip #3:

When answering questions during an interview it is important that your answer uses the S.T.A.R method. This method ensures that you answer the basics to thoroughly answer the question that the employer has asked. This method also helps to reduce rambling and over talking.

Interview Tip #2: It is essential that you know the details of the job you are interviewing for. Of course no candidate will know the complete ins and outs of a company, but applicants should have a good idea of what the position entails.

Practicing the answers to possible interview questions can be beneficial in various ways. It can help calm the nerves of the applicant. It shows the employer that you are prepared. You also do not not have to think of an answer on the spot.

Afterschool Programming Returns

Residents will have the opportunity to register for programs, including free fitness classes such as line dancing, youth sports; the return of cutting-edge aquatic offerings including “HydroSpin,” water aerobics and the soon to be added indoor kayaking.
