Lynne Bernabei is an invited speaker at the Annual Convention of the National Employment Lawyers Association on July 27, 2024 in Philadelphia. She is a speaker for the “Ongoing Developments in Private-Sector Whistleblower Litigation” session, and will be speaking on Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower claims, including the Supreme Court's recent Murray v. UBS decision.

Lynne will also be participating in the “DEIA and Employment Law in the Wake of Students for Fair Admissions,” to discuss the impact of the Supreme Court’s university affirmative action decisions on the workplace.
