Seeking a full-time Analyst to be based in the firm’s Hanover office. Working closely with senior personnel, Analysts will be given training and mentorship with the goal of developing industry leading investors.

Day to day, Analysts will:


Perform outreach for investment sourcing and build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and operators of companies in a broad range of industries
Evaluate debt and equity investment opportunities
Complete financial analysis and modeling, industry research and general due diligence on potential investments
Assist in the negotiation and structuring of debt and equity transactions
Draft and present investment memos detailing transactions, companies and industries
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Seeking motivated, confident, and articulate individuals with 0-2 years post-undergraduate experience. Candidates are expected to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong record of leadership accomplishments.
