Good morning ☀️ (LONG POST)

Contracting singers for agency work sometimes is challenging.

Don’t get me wrong, I know a lot of singers but it’s more than the singing…it’s the experience! Can you perform, do you have stage presence, do you show up to gigs “presentable”,etc?!?

There’s so much that goes into and unfortunately I know a lot of “church” singers. Church singers don’t always translate well in the corporate arena becuase we don’t put value into the other factors related to music (I.e, presentation, performance, professionalism) while in the church. So we have a lot of church singers that can’t go anywhere outside the Church!

Singers: Tap into different areas of music. Perfect your craft. Invest in your craft. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!!!

There’s so much out here!!! And theres so much work you’re missing!!! Don’t fumble the bag 💰!!!!!
