The Growth Path: We are all about enabling you to grow with us and our clients. After proving yourself over 2-8 shifts as a WEEKEND concierge, we’ll work to find an ongoing shift that suits your life and schedule. As you work as a concierge, we’ll provide you with leadership and management training to get you ready to be a lead concierge or if you’re so inclined to receive additional security training to level up as an individual contributor. From there, you can continue to grow as a real estate professional into roles such as Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Leasing Manager, and even Customer Success and Account Manager.
Our singular goal is to help you to become what we call a “Peak Performer ™” so that you can serve our clients well and prepare to move up the wage pyramid. At the Array Companies, like HireOne we will keep investing in you and your success so long as you do.
The Job: Simply put, your purpose will be to greet customers with courtesy and respect and to help create an intentional and safe environment of pleasant, professional and prompt resident and guest experience.

You bring an upbeat CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDSET to guest services, minimizing complaints and maximizing compliments. Over time you develop a great reputation for PROFESSIONALISM and CRAFTSMANSHIP and perform well when secret shoppers come by to perform quality assurance.
Specific Tasks
Greet guests politely by name
Handle customer complaints with empathy, diffusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to guests for a wide variety of requests
Make recommendations for restaurants and entertainment based on a detailed understanding of the neighborhood
Book entertainment
Operate building systems
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
Handle packages for tenants
