Shifts: 5:00 AM- 1:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Description:
The Manufacturing Associate plays an integral role in the Company’s success. The manufacturing schedule is fluid rather than static and requires the Manufacturing Associate to strategically shift priorities based on input from the Supply Chain Team. The role functions in collaboration with the Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality Departments to assure each product meets our quality standards.
•The Manufacturing Associate builds products and processes Batch Production Records per our Quality System guidelines.
•The Associate is part of a team that is committed to following work instructions, reviewing material specifications, and ensuring product quality.
•This responsibility performs routine product inspections, testing, and appropriate line clearance.
•The Manufacturing Associate contributes to Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Team.
•We ask this position to become familiar with machinery procedures to ensure a consistent flow of our wip inventory with minimum machine interruptions.
•The Manufacturing Associate works with microscopes, forceps, other small tools, and small assembly parts.
•This position requires you to perform miscellaneous duties as requested.
•The Manufacturing Associate commits to all Company policies including general safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures.
