Typical Hours 8:30-5:30pm Mon-Fri

As the front office receptionist, you are the first point of contact for all clients, vendors and visitors. Your professional and friendly demeanor will welcome and direct all office visitors and manage all incoming phone calls and general emails. Our open reception & administrative positions range from strictly multi-phone line operations to working on project based administrative duties with executive assistants. These positions range from short-term (3 days-3 weeks) to long-term (3-6 months) contract.

Typical duties include:
-Direct all incoming calls and/or operate multi-line switchboards
-Greet and direct all visitors
-Receive mail, packages, and manage other messenger services
-Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings
-Create inter office memos and/or client correspondence
-Data entry, scanning, filing
-Database updates and file management
-Creating and sending client correspondence
-Assist on office projects as time permits

Desired Skills & Requirements:
-2 yr minimum work experience in reception, administration, or office services
-Positive, friendly and helpful attitude, a real team player
-Good at problem solving and thinking on your feet
-Very comfortable with technology, especially Microsoft Office & Outlook
-Experience with high volume multi-line phone system a plus
