Our client in the transportation industry is looking to bring on a full time Operations Coordinator. This is a great entry level position for someone who is detail-oriented, strong with MS Excel, and is looking for a company to grow with. This person will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager by assisting with data management, invoicing, vendor communications, and inventory tracking
This person will sit onsite at their SF office and work standard 8:30-5pm hours.
Some duties include:
Reviewing and validating vendors’ invoices
Organize and manage records
Create reports and spreadsheets in Excel to track project data
Tracking orders and reaching out to vendors to resolve any issues
Reconciling monthly inventory
Assist with various ad hoc projects for the operations department
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred or related experience
Experience working in an office setting, operations, or assistant
Strong MS Excel skills (Formulas, VLOOKSUPS, Pivot Tables)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
This could be a good opportunity for someone early in their career (1-3 years).
Salary is in the $55-65K range.
