Hire Up Staffing is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client’s property management team! If you have strong multi-housing maintenance skills and take pride in keeping properties running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you.

💰 Pay: $21/hr (DOE)
📅 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
📍 Location: Visalia, CA

What You’ll Do:
🔧 Handle general maintenance for 2 apartment communities (about 280 units total)
🖌️ Perform painting, cleaning, and light carpentry
💡 Change fans, fixtures, and switches
🚰 Repair basic plumbing issues (sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, sprinklers)
🧹 Maintain clean, safe grounds (no landscaping required)

What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 3 years of multi-housing maintenance experience
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Valid CA driver’s license + clean background
✅ Dependable, hard-working, and team-oriented
