Key Staffing is currently recruiting for a Parts & Maintenance Assistant to join a growing team in Visalia! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in purchasing, inventory, administrative support, or parts/material coordination.

📍 Location: Visalia, CA
💰 Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hr DOE
🕐 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Enter and maintain purchase orders
✅ Obtain vendor pricing, quotes, and product information
✅ Track material orders and deliveries
✅ Receive and check incoming materials
✅ Prepare materials for field use
✅ Maintain purchasing documentation and records
✅ Assist with inventory and supply needs
✅ Communicate with vendors and internal teams

What we’re looking for:
⭐ Strong organizational and communication skills
⭐ Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency
⭐ Purchasing, administrative, or office experience preferred
⭐ AP/AR experience is a plus
⭐ Bilingual is a plus
