First 10K in the books! This one is in honor of Memorial Day and all the men and women that came before me and gave the ultimate sacrifice. It is because of those brave men and women we are able to do the things we do today. 🇺🇸

As for my run, plenty to improve on. Need to work on time and better stretching. Still ran nonstop which I’m happy about. Need to work up to that half marathon. 🏃

Beautiful day at CSUSB, Victorville Recruiting station had to do their Army Fitness Test today. I was able to get a few pics/vids of the greatness.

came out on top with the highest score in station at a 477 out of 500! (Probably one of the highest in the company)

Deadlifts, Push ups, Plank, Sprint-Drag-Carry, and a 2 mile run.

Know someone thinking about joining the Army? 🇺🇸

If you refer a friend and they enlist and ship to Basic Combat Training, you could earn the Army Recruiting Ribbon.

Here’s how it works:
⭐ A valid referral is someone who enlists and ships to BCT
⭐ E-1 to O-10 can earn the Army Recruiting Ribbon
⭐ E-1 to E-3 may receive a promotion to the next rank within 60 days when their referral ships
⭐ E-4 & E-5 can earn 10 promotion points

Helping someone start their Army career could help yours too.
