🏗️ What You Will Do
Safety Management
Lead company-wide safety programs matching OSHA and DOT standards.
Manage daily compliance including ISNetWorld, Avetta, and OSHA submissions.
Conduct jobsite inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
Deliver safety training and new hire orientations.
Fleet & Driver Management
Oversee full company vehicle and equipment lifecycles.
Handle procurement, maintenance, and replacement planning.
Supervise our mechanic to minimize equipment downtime.
