The role is predominantly on deck, but is kept very busy with mid-season repair works - interior fittings and fixtures, deckhead repairs, teak work, fiberglass / gelcoat works on tenders. Boat building/shipwright experience would definitely be a suitable substitute if not a “carpenter”.
