Flaggers must be certified in either Washington or Oregon.

Valid Flagging Certification (We may be able to assist in getting you certified)
You're dependable, reliable, and have a good work ethic.
Have your own transportation to get to job sites.
Ability to take and follow directions and be a team player.

We're looking for people that have a good work ethic, a teamwork attitude, and a vehicle of their own or transportation to the different worksites.
*** Get Paid The Same Day You Work!!!***
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: First
Responsibilities:
Direct Vehicles Around Road Construction Sites using hand signals and signs to stop and direct traffic.
Communicate with Other Flaggers and Construction Personnel using radios positioned at different spots along with the construction site.
Flaggers set up traffic cones and signs at and around road construction sites.
Working together, communicating as a team to direct traffic, with everyone's safety as a prime concern.
This is a great way to get started in a new career. Many of our flaggers have been able to get the work experience with HireQuest they need before getting union and government flagging positions.
Requirements:
Good work ethic, hard worker, on time, and dependable.
Able to follow instructions and work with little supervision.
Have and own reliable transportation.
