Q: How do I back up my data from my OES account?
A: Applicants will need to create a new profile in NeoGov once the new system launches. Before October 14, applicants are encouraged to log in to their current Online Employment System (OES) account and save or copy any information they may want to use when creating their new NeoGov profile.
Here is the easiest method:
1. Log in to your OES account on our website (linked below)
2. Select “Manage Account”
3. Select “Update Application Profile”
4. Select the last icon (American flag) on the right
5. Select “Finish”
6. Select “View/Print User Profile”
7. A PDF draft of your application should automatically download. If it doesn’t, select “Click to print your profile”
All the information from your OES account application profile will appear in the PDF. You can use this information to quickly set up a new account after NeoGov launches.
