Must perform general cleanup of work areas in and around the conveyor equipment at a frequency required to maintain units free of trash, dirt and debris. Maintainers must be able to perform the following functions in variable weather and environmental conditions:

Bend, stoop, and crawl to work in tight, restricted areas. Push, pull, lift and carry components weighing up to 45 pounds.

Must be able to climb 10 – 25 ft. in height on ladders and perform duties.

Must have good coordination and good balance.

Must be able to stand 60 – 75% during an 8-hour shift.

Must be able to operate the controls for a forklift or man lift (authorized employees only) in congested area.

Drive vehicles weighing up to 3 tons on selected assignments in congested areas requiring good depth perception and ability to distinguish colors.

Must have good eyesight.

Work with color-coded wiring and other components which requires the ability to differentiate colors to include but not limited to red, green, yellow, blue, black, brown, white, and orange.

Oxford Airport Technical Services is seeking a Control Room Operator to confirm with the Operations In Charge the gate assignment and take note of all the flight details given to the shift on daily basis.
Control Room Operator Responsibilities:
• The (Control Room) CR Operator will report to the assigned gate prior to the arrival to check if the PBB is on parking position and also if there’s any obstruction or any equipment illegally parked inside the PBB maneuvering area on daily basis.
• Perform testing procedures before estimated time of arrival to ensure that PBB is working properly on aircraft arrival on daily basis.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for docking and undocking and always follows the docking matrix to avoid collisions while driving the PBBs on daily basis.
• Secure authorization from aircraft engineers for connection and disconnection of GPUs and PCAs on arrivals and departures. To transmit this message verbally to avoid miscommunication especially for GPUs on daily basis.
• Write down all flight details and timings on the given flight log sheet on daily basis.
Monitor the level of PBB and aircraft cabin floor while waiting for departure especially during loading and unloading cargo on daily basis.
Inform the Operations In Charge after every finished flight assignment in order to receive another schedule or to ask if he needs help on flights where he might need more operators on daily basis. 9. To wait for the incoming group before leaving the area for the turnover on daily basis. 10. To contact the Supervisors and/ or Managers if there are any problems or concerns on circumstantial basis.
