Emma started her career as a recruiter with Andrew Aston’s first company, and decades later, we’re excited to have her back on our team. Her extensive HR leadership experience across industries and states expands our ability to support clients nationwide with expert fractional HR services.

We’re also excited to once again have capacity for new clients, now in multiple States. Our advisors integrate into organizations to provide HR leadership, compliance support, employee relations, and strategic HR guidance—without the cost of a part -time or full-time HR employee or department.
